Manage the engineering systems for a 80-person engineering department. Ensure the smooth operation and high performance for the electrical and mechanical design packages, manage servers and computing hardware, develop and implement long term plans for the management of the systems and hardware. Negotiate with vendors and conduct procurement activities for Engineering systems and work with corporate IT as required. Mentors Engineering Systems personnel in their day-to-day activities and is responsible for the group's overall performance management. This position will be responsible for the Engineering Systems software & hardware budget, project planning, resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar required. 5 - 10 years in technical database administration and engineering systems management. Systems to be managed are Teamcenter, NX, Solidedge, Autocad, Engineeringbase, and other similar systems. The ability to function and produce in a team environment is required.
